Facebook

Facebook In my opinion can be good or bad depending upon The person using it. Some benefits to facebook for me are being able to talk to friend from far away, or when something happens and you friend doesn't have a phone theres alway facebook to reach them. Some dangers are now that facebook is always being updated they have features to where one of your friends can know where you are whenever you update your status, so if you have friends that you didn't know they know exactly where you are, that could be very dangerous. I do think employers should screen employees using facebook, because an employer needs to know about a potential employee and what better way to do that then facebook. What some people don't realize is that they are putting there business on a very public social site so when there is something put on facebook be prepared for other people to look at it. My facebook is of I should say was my life because I was always on it trying to update my status and seeing what new friends wanted to be added. When I first started out on facebook I was always on it,messaging friends, liking stats, and anding pictures I was addicted. As of now I have almost four hundred friends, most of them I know and the ones I don't know they knew me in some way because I was so friendly I added them.I use my facedook page to stay in touch with my friend from back home that don't have a phone and just to have another fun way to talk to my friends and family.over all facbook is ok but I don't trust alot of people so I would never put something I would want people to know about me.

Why I chose Wilberforce University

I chose wilberfore for many reasons first being that i wanted a shool far from home and because my highschools staff thought it would be a good idea. when I was in highschool all of the Colleges that I applied to were in state because they cost less although i knew I didnt want to go to a college so close to my family. I got into Eastern Michigan university and that is when I realized that this was real and I had to get out. later I found out that a friend of mine applied here and got in, thats when my teachers brought the idea to apply to my attention because most of them knew my situation at home. I found out that i didnt have to worry about out of state fees so I appied got the acceptence letter and packed my bags.
